Upper control arm ?

I have a 01 ranger 2wd with upper arms that are rectangular in construction. I believe I saw some rangers in the salvage yard that had tubular upper arms. Does anybody know what years have them and if they will interchange? Thanks.

I'm not sure if ford ever did tubular upper arms for the ranger or not but I'm leaning pretty hard towards no. However, there are several after market companies that make them. Camburg, to name just one.

Some years of Explorer had a round-stock UCA. I don't know if they will interchange with the stamped rectangular ones. I don't think they will, not that I see the advantage in the swap.

I want to install bungs and adjusters in them. It will allow me to lengthen them and adjust caster. I'm sure I'm not crazy. I may have to drive back there and see.
