I have a 91 F-250, recently acquired a dana 60 front end that has the newer bolt pattern, I'm needing to know if I can take the hubs off of my rear axle which is a Sterling 10.25 and swap them with newer ones so that I have matching lug patterns on all 4 corners.
Has anyone done this or does anyone know if its possible?

I haven't run across anyone that has done this and I don't think it will work. However do a google search for dana 60 bible. It may have the answer for you. At the worst you'll have to get an adapter.

No need for a google search as we have it right here in the Tech Library.

I would personally just get new knuckles/outers for the front axle and get rid of those pricey hub assemblies/lockouts.

I'd rather not mess with the front axle, plus i kinda want the newer lug pattern cause its easier to find wheels for

The old pattern is WAY easier IMO. 8x6.5 is the most common lug pattern out there. Hell, Dodge and Chevy STILL run that bolt pattern to this day. Plus the "benefit" of finding wheels doesnt outweigh the fact that those front end parts are insanely expensive. Have you ever looked up a price on one of those hub assemblies?

CHEAPEST hub available from Advance Auto parts is over $450! And the cheapest one on RockAuto.com is $300 + shipping.
