Does anyone know what cv axle size and length or better part number I can use on a 94 ranger dana 35 front end?

Are you asking about the driveshaft? (a '94 doesn't have CV joints in the front axle) If not, then we need a better description of the part(s) you need.

Only way I know to do that would be to contact RCV Performance. They sell an aftermarket CV axle shaft kit for TTB axles. Kinda spendy, but it offers a significant strength increase as well.
