unlock lights

ok here is what i want to do

gonna run some lights under the truck so they illuminate the nerf bars when i hit the unlock button on my remote locks then turn off when i set the alarm or shut the door.

where would i start to look for the wires and how would i figure out which wire would need tapped into and lastly would it work?

well when you hit the unlock your dome light goes on, so id tap it through it

The park lights should flash as well so you could go there. The lights would stay on tho when you had your headlights on.

finnally got them all hooked up got some blue led stripes and got them hardwired into the dome light and it works great ill post some pics up after it gets dark so i can get some nice pics and maybe some video
