Undercarriage bolt

Is it possible to get to loosen the undercarriage bolt with the tire tool(lug nut wrench)on a 1988 ford ranger 4x4 ext.cab with a 3 inch body lift?Or would i need a socket wrench?
 
It should be. I think that was what Ford intended for loosening that bolt.
 
ok i know thats what its for but i didnt know if it would work with a body lift.but thanks for the help.
