haha yeah, have dealt with people on other forums who are ultra annoying and don't knw shit,

what do you think I should make the box out of, bought a new router table, not just for this project but at least this project for now.. I want to use hard wood, spray it with rubber coating instead of the carpeting..

mdf is always the best (i would say) but i think there was at least one recommendation earlier in the thread, take a look back through the other posts.

MDF is used for acoustics, i have seen the space in a while. but would make it out of Masonite the real thin stuff then cover it with fiberglass. or fiber glass mold the floor board. your gonning be short on space. and its a funny shape. anything that is is srtong enuff is gonna be hard to make a odd shape.

but you can use any hard wood. ply. birch is good. but get pure birch ply not the lam stuff. but i would still go fiberglass.

I never really worked with fiberglass, im not too worried about a perfect fit either. but i will have to consider it..
