The other day i opened my glove box and after it opened down came a connector ( its the same shape as the one you jump for code reading) i cant tell where it goes nor can i trace it since its up in the dash pretty good again it was right there above the glove box and for some reason it decided to fall down the other day, ill count the wires tomorrow and maybe take a pic if im not busy but ill probaly have an answer by then :D

I found one of those too when I was stripping a rotted-out BII. Not sure what it's purpose is though

My bII has one, noticed it the other day when I started my journey of fixing the previous owners radio wiring.

does your truck "ding" at you when you leave the keys in the ignition or the headlights on?? if not, that's why. sounds a lot like that connector for that module, definitely in the right place.

yep this.. that plug is the same shape as the test port... just above the glove box, in 1st gen B2's, is where the buzzer/dinger/annoying thing is... just leave it unplugged. :icon_thumby:
