OK try unloading the trailer. Then try to have the N pull out. If you still need help pull the IH in and so your backing out rather than pulling out when you hook up. You could alos hook up the IH athen another tractor to it.

Unhitch the trailer...unload the trailer...toss the wood under the trailer...jack it up if you have to on the tongue end and just throw as much crap under the front wheels as you can get in there...then try a block and tackle...or if you get your tractor free get it to whatever higher/harder ground you can find and try hooking the block and tackle to the rear of the tractor...

It may not be relevant, but I fought with a sinking lawn tractor one time for about three hours...digging, yanking and whatever...then I realized if I dropped the cutter I could drive the tractor out..worked like a charm...then I just hauled the cutter out and reattached it...

Make the mud truck fit. If its the kind of mud truck that I think it is, then a few more dents wont matter. There is no disputing that it is the best tool for the job.

I dont know anyone with a 4wd tractor. Do you think another 9N ford could drag it out? My Dads got a 9N that would for sure do better then my little Cub did (although it did pull its guts out).

What if i took a strap and wrapped it around a tree to use like a pulley, and then hook it onto my cub...think i could do it then?

The bad thing about the 8 & 9N they are so light they don't pull real well.

Although they don't sink real fast either.

You should be able to get the skidloader in there and get it out. Good Luck with it.

Awsome idea...although there was another clip similar to that one that didn't work quite as well...not sure why they stuck the big log in behind the wheels as that seemed to be working against them...

Get a small dozer. A 450 or so should pull it right out and their the smaller size so it should fit on his road. Thats if the skidsteer doesn't do it.....

I'm assuming there are TREES close by?
Get a COME-ALONG, straps, chains and whatever else you need AND a case of beer per guy and have at it.

As the tractor moves foreword take some of that wood from the trailer and stuff it under the rear wheels so you can reset the Come-Along as the tractor moves.
