As oddly as it sounds the skid steer couldnt do it, it wasnt a very big one and just didnt have the weight.
Oddly enough we used a Forklift (well, not really a forklift, kinda looks like a mini front end loader with forks) that the dude who owns the local junkyard (that we all know real well) had. We drove it back there and wrapped a chain around the forks on the lift, picked up the front end of the 9N, unhooked the wagon from behind it, and slowly (but surely) drug it up out of the creek.
The wagon, we ended up doing kind of the same thing except it was quite a bit more difficult then the tractor was.
Moral of the story, make sure you chock your tires
No one stated the obvious... couldn't get back there with anything because of the trees, a chainsaw generally takes care of those last time I checked. Then you have more firewood after you get the thingy out of the ditch.
