I am having a problem with my 93 Ford Ranger that is driving me crazy. When the truck is running it is putting off vaporized fuel vapor that is really bad. I tried to drive it down the road and it looked like a mosquito fogger!! The truck has the 4.0L with a manual transmission. There are no codes, I have cleaned the MAF sensor, replaced the plugs, checked to see that all the cylinders have fire (they do), there is proper compression on each cylinder, and I replaced the coolant temperature sensor. When I checked the fuel pressure it is reading 70 psi before it is started and 70 while running. I am pretty sure I know what the problem is but I wanted to know what everyone else thinks before buying the parts.
