Thanks in advance

I don't know the answer to your question... But I was gonna mention that you might want to think about new shocks while you were under there. Just in case you hadn't... I forgot and now have to go back and do that.

you looking for ubolt diameter or length?

width and length..
I know the leaf spring pack is 2.5 but i have seen some u-bolts on line listing as 2.75 and 2.5 for the bronco.

The stock Explorer u-bolts are 3 1/4" wide and 7" tall with about 2 1/2" of threads. The Explorer housing has 3 1/4" tubes, the B2 has 2 3/4" tubes.
You should measure the diameter of your tube, add the height of the spring perch and the thickness of the spring pack plus about 1 1/2" to get the length you need.
Looking at my 86 B2, I think the u-bolts will work, mine stick up about 1" above the nut.

Thanks Ray, Im not putting the 8.8 in so its the stock :annoyed: but that does help. Im going to go with the 2.75. and 7.5 if i need to cut thats ok.
