is there a way to increase the size of posts for an old guy with eye problems so it is easier to read ?
I cannot find a way to do it .................Thanks

I’m not aware of anything in the forum for that. It is usually something you set in your device - phone, tablet, computer. Look into “accessibility settings” on your device.

I agree with the above...

That said... at the bottom of the page you will see where it says "TRS Style". That gives you a choice for setting up your view of the pages here... just click it to open the options.

I have mine set to black with white. I find with my old eyes... that format is easier to see.

OMG thank you.. I have everything set to "dark mode" and it always kinda peeved me that TRS doesn't read the browser setting and do dark mode correctly per browser cue. You saved my poor young crappy eyes.( I'm still under 50 and my eyesight is already having issues)

the other sites I visit are all larger than this site so if I would change the settings in my computer
all the other sites would be even larger. I have TRS set to black & white but the size still is to small in my opinion.................:(

I do have to agree, but what I have gotten used to is using the shortcut to zoom ... don't know about every browser out there, but firefox if you hold ctrl and roll the middle mouse wheel in/out, it zooms the whole page in/out. PITA to have to constantly do it back and forth for every other site, but with the shortcut and reset button it is at least tolerable versus digging around in settings/

I don't think I've ever seen anyone complain about font size over the last 25 years. LOL.

I increased the font size on the default theme. I can change it in all themes, or create a special theme with a larger font if you guys would like.

I vote for anything that is less work for you Jim.
A 2nd "old man" option theme is fine with me if it isn't a lot of work

i.e. leave the default alone as changing default is verbotten in the programming world I live in, you never touch default.
copy and paste a whole new theme based on that, rename it "old man" and then increase the point 1 or 2.

less work and um *cough* doesn't break anything (cough, shrug, mumble)

thank you. I tried that after noting the larger print from the change Jim made. it works for me on this site & another one. now this old man can easily read all the posts. thanks again ! (y)

wow I think I hit the wrong button.....:(
He hit the wrong button

I am 71, with trifocals. I switch to readers while online.
Are you complaining or bragging? We need to know what department to forward this to.
