two questions

ok my first question is whats the biggest set of tires can i get on a 1988 4x4 with 3 inch body lift?without scrubing and with a little bit of scrub?i am currently running 31x10.50x15.And my other question is how hard of a job is it to replace the right side radius arm bushings?because they are making noises.
