That would be pretty cool to drive. I'd never have to back into the driveway again. I'd just have to get into the other driver's seat, and drive that end of the truck into the driveway. Or drive the end that I was driving up the street into the driveway, and next time I want to go out, drive the other end.

But.... Which VIN do I give the DMV when I go to register and insure the truck?

I remember WAY back in the day, someone did that with a caddilac eldorado and a oldsmobile toronado. I had the newspaper clip for many years.
“Roadkill” did something similar with 2 4wd vehicles that were completely different makes, like a isuzu rodeo and a nissan pathfinder.
