Hello all.
FNG here sounding off, from the U.P. ! (I am prolly closer to Canada than most of you !)
First time Ranger owner. I have owned full size Fords for 25 plus years. This is my first "little" truck.
Was referred here by two members from a full size group.
Just got this truck yesterday. 2000 Ranger XLT, 4x4, 4.0L, auto, x-cab.
A few things are missing, (like the jump seats), and a few more don't work right, (the tach seems to be possessed, and the passenger rear door won't open).
Looking forward to learning, getting good advice, and not breaking stuff i shouldn't.
With any luck at all, i will get all the bugs worked out and have a dependable DD, woods cruiser.
Off to the Q&A !!!!!
