What is everyone's opinion about turtle wax ice? It claims you can wax any surface of your vehicle without leaving a residue. Is it sacrificing quality on your paint to be able to wax plastics and glass?

im always a little nervous about turtle wax stuff. especially if it says you can wax plastics without leaving residue. ive heard bad things about waxing over glass as well. stick with rain x for the glass. if you are looking for a high quality wax look into poorboys world nattys red. its about 20 bucks and works awesome. the only downside is you cant get it in stores.

Ive used ice on my sportbike and its awesome shit. No need to worry about just panels, and it uses very little. So easy to use and quick. I highly recommend it.

my neighbor swears by Nu-Finish, anybody ever used this? or like it. me personally, i love meguiars NXT wax!

ive tried nu finish and it actually did a really good job of removing oxidation. i have heard a lot of good things about the nxt wax though

best wax ever= carolite marine and airplane wax. its a very light wax that you rub off when its still wet. leaves and awsome finish. they make a special auto wax but ive never tried it.

Nu Finish is a very nice cleaning wax. My Ranger had been sitting for about 4 years in the weather before I bought it. Cleaned it up really nice. I use miguiares for a good detailing wax.

I have some Nu Finish. It's okay. What's nice about it is that you can apply/remove it in direct sunlight. But for those real fine swirl marks that stand out on a black vehicle, it comes up short.

any wax will come short when it comes to swirl marks. they only real way to remove those is with a polishing compound. meguiars ultimate compound works great by hand from what i have seen

I've used ICE for over a year now, and I swear by it. I use almost the entire product line by ice.

My beloved Zymol does a pretty good job. I will definitely check out that Meguiars stuff though, I love their products.
