Turkey Bay Dec. 11th and 12th....

I appreciate that dizzle, but no, haven't heard from him. Jay said it is all good though!! :icon_thumby:

I actually found another 31x10.50 to replace the blown one, it doesn't have very much tread but it will get me up there. I just gotta get it mounted. Right now I have my stock size spare on........:annoyed:

I'm getting sick of this whole tire issue... These tires have been great & it makes me sick that I punctured a sidewall on one....:bad:

B2 NEEDS to be back on 33" MUD TIRES (35's maybe..:icon_idea:) I think I'm gonna have to mortgage my house just to afford 'em...:annoyed:

Headed to go ease the B2 to dad's shop with one stock size front tire so I can get the winch mounted today!!!!!! Wish me luck!! :headbang:

:icon_cheers:

I know what you mean. I wish I could have found me some 35s when I was tire shopping. Good luck.

I'm back up guys(internet was down for over a week!) Allen, head on over after you get that winch mounted :icon_idea: and I'l hook you up with a good tire to run for the trip...

Well so much for a week of peace! IT was quiet around here! :icon_rofl: :icon_rofl:

Those hunting tires "TNOFFROAD"! You'll have to get a free subscription to view the threads, but it's full of tires!

well....i went to TB yesterday to run a little "recon"....

even though we have had rain lately, TB was still really dry....the usual "water holes" had plenty of water but the hills were nice and dry with no real slick spots....( those of you that have been out after the rain know what i am talking bout' )

although I did manage to have radiator issues again....damn stock fan got into my new radiator....which cut my day short....

again, anyone that wants to, i plan to go down on Friday...

cab mounts are good....and has been for months....:thefinger:

turns out it is fan itself....the one on it is thicker than the one off my hydro-locked motor....so there is my clearance issues....

Welcome back bro........ My pops good friend actually had a full set of used 31x10.50's, :shok: & he gave them to me for free!! :yahoo: They have basically the same tread pattern I am running but are very low on tread, I am going to have the best one mounted tomorrow & I should be good for the ride!!!!!!!! :headbang:

This is what I'm riding on now:

Looks good, Allen. Also looks like it can unbolt pretty easily for a mockup on another rig :D :icon_thumby: :icon_cheers:

You have just got to be "the free tire guy"!!!
I like that it's simple, no block of airflow.
Cut the front piece of angle at each exterior side of the winch mount. Then weld those pieces onto the angle mount coming out so it runs along the bottom edge of the valance under the turn signals. Weld/bolt whatever brush guard you had to what is there. :icon_idea:

What do I need to bring? Camping? Tent, sleeping bag, cooler.....

I am coming prepared for the trail this time.
Spare caliper, rotor, spindle, bearings, nuts, hub, and both front axles!

you can bring a tent, cooler, and whatever ya need to keep warm....looks to be cold next weekend....:dunno:

here are the pics of the carnage from yesterday....

and the culprit.....the fan on the left was from the engine donor ( an Ex ) while the one on the right is from my Hydro-locked motor....

you can see that the Ex fan is sitting on the concrete, while the stocker sits about 1" above the concrete....while the mounting "nut" is at the same height for both....

will be running my extra "thin" radiator til i can get my "thick" one fixed or replaced
