How about a turbo 300-6 with a C6 trans for road and drag on a b2?

A 351 would be less work and fit better.

The 300 is really too long for an RBV engine bay. Firewall to radiator vs bell to water pump snout the Ranger engine bay is like 2 or 3" longer than a 300-6. On top of that, while they are good engines, I have never heard one accused of being fast.

depending on what efi setup you use, could be hard to tune. but like most of the older stuff theres many around and quite a bit of info.

it would be a monster. at 10 psi they are incredible torque machines...the only good way to do it really. turbo charging a 300 changes it quite a bit...just like anything. if you wanted to be different its a good way to go.

if you just want a powerful daily driver....5.3 or 6.0 gm setup would be my first choice for cost effective power.

if you have a low mile 300 powertrain laying around and a decent rbv....why not? do it. get it done.

drag i would use a 4r70w.....road a e40d or 4r100....

likely a beefed 4r70w
