it tastes like a turkey that swallowed a duck that swallowed a chicken that was slow roasted on a rotisserie.

I use the same brine for steaks.
 
I think I want a cow that swallowed a lobster that swallowed a bottle of vodka. A ste-lob-ka.

And the sauce is built in.
 
I don't know, I have never cooked a lobster.
 
Super easy. Just boil it in saltwater. After it's done, about 5 mins., crack the shell, pull out the meat and dip it in a little drawn butter. It's absolutely wonderful. Probably my favorite food. It can also be grilled. TASTY!
 
thats prolly how i would cook it is on the grill.
 
On the grill you can either just put the whole lobster on, or you can crack the shell and just grill the meat. It's good but a little dryer than boiled.
 
I smoked a turkey this year and i know i'll never have one any other way.
 
I was thinking deep fried next year, I have a smoker (I on't think it has been used in 30 years), maybe I should try doing that.
 
Deep fired turkey is great, especially if you inject it first.
