Tuning HELP!

Hi I have a 2003 ranger and I want to get a tune or a chip of some sort. Just wondering what everybody is using? I was thinking about getting an SCT but I dont know what adjustments to make myself. and I dont know anywhere around where I live that does ranger tuning. I have the 4.0 and I live in Monroe, MI any advice would be great, Thanks.
