tune up or not?

Hello i have a 05 FX4 with 118k on it.
I just got this truck and have no record
if or when it had a tuneup? What do
i need to change? Plugs,wires,coil pack
O2 and clean MAF. Air filter is clean.

The answer on a unknown is always YES. But go to the dealer and have them run the VIN to see if any work was done in the area dealersships.
But all your stuff seems like normal tuneup stuff but the coils. There is a test for them that reads the OHM resistance to check if within spec. Even new ones out the box can go bad and old ones last forever.

check fuel filter. over 100k miles, it couldnt hurt.

I would do an very thorough inspection, or have your local dealership do one and whip up a list of possible items to look into besides the average maintenance.

Pull a plug wire off the plug. The originals will have a paint dot on the top. If they do, replace them, if they don't, let them be.

I'd do all the rest though, wires, filters and fluids. The coilpack is expensive, I wouldn't replace it unless it is causing you problems.
