i just got a 1993 3.0 ranger and wanted to do a basic tune up so i changed the oil spark plugs wires cap and rotor. It ran decent before but now it runs like pure shit missing and dying when under a load. So i checked all the plug wires and the firing order all correct. Thinking it was the cap i changed it back to the old one, whould not even run. seems like i have a weak spark somehow. Could the cap and rotor be messed up somehow? I think im starting to miss my 2.9

The problem was a wrong rotor from the fantastic guys at auto zone ive learned my lesson to check the parts to the old one before i install them
