heh...you mean besides taking it off and cleaning it? Not trying to be a smartass, but...you could undo the cables and hold the butterfly open and scrub it out, but it's a little more difficult that way...you could take some electrical contact cleaner, pull some of the sensors and clean them, but you've already got the basics done...have you checked you trans and diff fluids? Brake pads and shoes?? brake and clutch fluid levels?

PCV valve, ignition module, thermostat, belts hoses.....sorry, when i do my inital tuneups i leave nothing to chance

coolant flush? brake fluid flush? depends how much you want to get into it. you could flush every fluid.

Don't forget the tire pressure...and your spare tire...

Sidemarkers, brake/tail/turn signal lights, headlights all working? License plate light? I got a ticket for that one...

fuel filter? perhaps belt? cap/rotor?

+1

At least inspect belts.

Clogged fuel filter tends to add strain on the pump which could cause it to fail early.

If you're changing wires and plugs, it would be a good idea to get the cap and rotor while you're there.

If tranny hasn't been serviced, you might just do a quick flush, new filter and top off w/ new fluid (if auto).

Never was a huge fan of injector cleaners. Run it before you change your plugs.

FWIW, It's usually easier to get old plugs out if the engine is somewhat warm.
