So I am looking at replacing my sparkplugs and wires but I am noticing the apparent impossiblity of reaching some of the plugs without dismantling the engine. Anyone do this themselves, any tricks I should know? I have done this on both my 87 and my 95 when I owned them but neither looked this.... interesting.

Thanks
Jeremy

Alot of people reccomend taking off the front tires and the plastic fender covering and going in throught he side from there. On my OHV motor I can get to all 6 without too much trouble. I also have small hands.

Try that. I hear it makes it a breeze.

You get some through the inner fender opening and some up top.

SparkPlug changeout

yep! Just changed mine a couple of weeks ago. I could get to all the plugs on the top driver's side and the forward plug on the pass. side. I took the pass. side wheel off and got the other two from underneth.

I have an 02 all I did was turn my steering wheel all the way to the left an reached up behind the splash guard and changed mine. I didn't need to pull the wheel off.
