trying to get 4x4 working

ok i have followed this

and all checks out

i have put truck on 4 jack stands and manually shifted transfer case into 4h, 4l, and back to 2h all works there.

i have switched switch in dash, 4x4 module and motor. motor worked when just lying there with both switches and 4x4 modules.. when motor is installed it no longer worked in or out of truck module only clicks once when button is pushed.

don't know where to go from here

I had the same thing happen, too, yesterday as a matter of fact. nothing happened when I pushed the 4x4 button.

check the plug on the t-case. unplug it and check the pins. on mine, some pins were turning a little green (corrosion). I put di-electric grease on all the pins(male side) and in the holes (female end). this did the trick for me.

forgot to mention only getting 5 to 6 volts at motor now.. same at module on grey connector on white blue wire and dark blue wire..
