My guess is only partially broke. Once the bottom part of the frame lets go, it will be fully broke and shenanigans and tom foolery will be done.

It was a clean truck. The owner was mad and kept saying "My truck, look what he did to it" I thought he was going to start berating the other guy, but he never did.
