Truck stuck in neutral, did the following

I have looked everywhere,

First clutch pedal frozen. reservoir was empty, did a bench top bleed, then hooked up the system and bled the system by gravity and cycled through 4oz worth. the pump will pump with bleed open. When bleed screw is closed, it locks up.

What am I missing, it is currently still stuck in neutral. It shifts fine into all gears

the last time my clutch pedal wouldn't push down was because the clutch hydraulic line came disconnected at the throwout brg. Theres a check valve at the end of the hyd. line that closes when its not seated fully.
