Recently put new coil packs and new ignition control module.
Truck always took two turns of the key to fire up but now mostly every time in the second turn or the key, the truck fires up but it has a ruff idle so I turn it off and try again and then the truck idles fine. Also now in first gear it's slower to take off, it takes a couple seconds when you let go of the clutch and are in first for you to feel a good pull or power. One thing I did notice is that previous owner had the number 2&3 spark plugs wires hooked up opposite on the coil. So the 3 was in the 2 slot, numbered on the coil, and the 2 in the 3 slot. I put them the way he had them when installed the new coil packs so idk if that might be the issue in the sluggish take off. I was told only the exhaust side spark plugs fire up always and not until a certain rpms the other four sparks plugs fire up so if the spark plugs are wired wrong on the coil I'm amusing that's the problem but not sure. Don't want to start switching connections up without some advice.
Also does fifth gear or (D) not have power at all and is it just a cruise gear or is it suppose to have some power too?

Thanks for taking time to read and maybe leaving some tips.
