My 93 Ranger 2 wheel drive drifts left and right while going down the road new ball joints and alignment done for the second time mechanic said he could tighten up my steering but it made it worse to me he and another guy drove it and said the couldn't see or feel anything wrong also when I had the work done I had them put on some factory 15" rims and they adjusted the camber...what could be causing the problem???

Check the rear end. Might have soft spring bushings or rusted spring mounts. It is a truck however and will never track like small performance car.
