Does anyone know what would cause this? I've checked my leaf springs

Well... The bumper and cab look level. It's just the bed that's all jacked up. Check the rear bed crossmember, see if its damaged.

Taking pictures with the camera sideways can cause what I am seeing.

That's an easy fix...

On my iPhone:
Double click home button. Swipe the icon screen to the right. Hit the lock orientation button. Turn phone sideways and look at the pic as if it was normal. It takes all of 2 seconds.

On my desktop:
Grab monitor, lift, turn 90 degrees, view pic as normal.

On my laptop, while using my tv as the monitor (which I'm guilty of doing all the time. ):
Turn head sideways and look like an idiot to anyone watching me.

NOT ME, just a random lazy person (with a good idea) I found with the help of google:

Ah, so you've done some curb jumping or other such fun things...or maybe the previous owner...

Mine was leaning too...but it was the spring shackle...

Dont go giving out real ways to fix it... Its either turn the monitor sideways or nothing...:D

How about a wall mounted chair with a head strap...just in case you have more than one image sideways...

Now we're thinking!

I don't think I've seen a ranger that doesn't have some bed lean.
"it's a ranger thing" as my mechanic buddies say.

Of course it can be fixed. The questions you need be asking are:

Is it a problem worth worrying about?
and
Can it be fixed economically?

With enough time and money, you can fix anything.
