As a guess, Vietnam is one and I believe South Korea.

The Afghans played a big part in Afghanistan, but I'm not sure how involved they were with every operation. Being that I work aircraft, I have no direct experience with infantry combat. The Iraqis were a challege to get them to do anything, from what I understand.

Maybe my question wasn’t clear. There are only two countries, from the very beginning of the United States, that were boots on the ground in our conflicts. So it wouldn’t be isolated to the more recent engagements and wars. Think back in history.

Yes, it was in jest but thank you for the history lesson. Seriously, I enjoy such things.

My gilrfriend's maden name is Kubiak. So, she is at least half polish.

No offense taken, no worries. Lord knows I’m the most sarcastic guy on earth. Between friends, nothing is sacred, and I’ll let it fly as much or more than most! But there’s a broader audience here, therein the reason for my history lesson.

england and germany?

England yes. Germany no.

again, I’m not talking about who was our ally, I’m speaking to which countries provided troops to fight the battle.

It was not. From the very beginning, that would be England and France. This area lived it an has a lot of French names that were kept though out time.

Are you talking about the Hessians? They were troops hired by England. Spain wasn't real active in North America from what I remember. There was the Spanish American war but most of our other actions, other than with the American Indians, was with Mexico. And a lot of that was between Texas and Mexico when Texas was their own country.

So, based on my reply, are you thinking the American Indian tribes?

I've truly enjoying this read.
And I hate to be a bummer, however, I believe that you guys have drifted this thread way off topic.

I personally think the ideal of having a banner promoting TheRangerStation on other social media sites is a smart idea.

Because of my parole conditions,
I'm restricted on what sites I can get on.
If I could get on more social media sites I would and I would definitely advertise TheRangerStation.
I'm all the time telling people about TheRangerStation when I see them driving Rangers, Bronco ll's and Mazda 3000, 3500 whatever series
Or anything else that I feel falls in the right category

England, yes. The Hessians don’t represent a country. They were mercenaries, hired troops mostly from Germany, but the answer on them is no. Again, what country put soldiers on the ground in every USA conflict.

OK, a big hint. I would’ve thought the second country would be obvious from what I was posting and talking about, defending, and bragging about.

Tell me who the second country is, and then tell me what the difference was between these two countries in our conflicts

I am curious how aware England was they were providing us troops during the War of 1812?

Its no wonder they lost...

I dont have a clue, but I'm going to guess Canada, just because that's where I live. And we're neighbors.

Canada was formally part of England for quite awhile after the US was formed so that is kind of muddy.

Even like during WWII they were still in the Commonwealth where they were building British designed aircraft and ships rather than getting in on what the US was making across the border.

You’re getting warmer, but we need the second country first
