Apparently they only let you vote once a day...but I don't see how they can limit that if you are using a guest account...never tried voting without signing in though...might try that now...

EDIT: OK...tried it from the same computer...just logged out of my ID and clicked on the link...it appeared to bump the counter from the previous vote...might try it from a different computer too...
