basically it would be for use when you are travelling , like when my buddy blew a U-Joint going down the highway , Say for example i was in NH near Hopman's place , and my truck broke down and he offered tools or a garage to work in and a trailer , i could call for assistance
On my way in to get my tool box this morning , my mom was riding with me and we were talking about how i had just helped my buddy out over the weekend with his ranger when it broke down. She said " well it would be neat if TRS had a book like the GWRRA [ Gold Wing Road Riders Association ] has. " The book she was speaking of is a directory of all the members of the GWRRA worldwide , what town they are located in , a contact number , and what services they are willing to provide. And i agreed that it would be a neat idea , maybe put one out mid way through 2010 , if we can find an organized way to have members submit their infor , and if the staff approves. That way if any of us ever break down , we have a list of people we can call for help.
I want to know what everyone else thinks of the idea.
setup of the directory

You know I was just reading Wing World and thinking the same thing. I think this could be aan awesome idea.
I just gotta say HOLY COW I didn't know there were so many Ranger and Gold Wing owners out there!! My first bike I rode was my dad's GL1200 '85 LTD. Was the nicest 1200 at Wing Ding in Billings a few years back. Gosh I miss riding.
