cafe press has hats and you can put any logo on there you want. also there's no overhead, they basically make them as they're ordered and take a percentage of your profit. I'm sure if someone ran the idea by Jim, he could dish out some media to slap on there and post a link up top with shirts and decals.

TRS Flexfit Update :

K, I think I've found another vendor to do the hats that will be less costly.

It hasn't been a constant hunt either, seeing as how one company wanted $35 (and then y'all add S&H), and then Christmas and vacation came along.

I emailed a request to Black/Navy felxfits with the TRS logo & TRS name on the front and back (small lettering). Unless I get all of the money up front through Paypal, I will not be doing one-off screennames (like AgPete139) or anything like that. Simplicity is key, too.

I'm going to meet up with her next week to discuss designs. *shrugs* Cross your fingers and we'll see what happens.

Price quote :

This is what she also has:

Cotton, unconstructed, low profile type caps

Logo on the front of the cap = $6.75
Add the back sewing = $3.25

Set up charges for the front will be 35.00 one time charge.
Set up charge for the back will be 18.00 one time charge.

So, for a set of 36 hats (3 dozen), the price will be $11.47 per hat.
Or, for a set of 24 hats (2 dozen), the price will be $13.67 per hat.

Add about $6.00 for flat rate USPS shipping (I'm not in this to make money), then the TOTAL PRICE will be in the $17.50-$20.00.


Does this quote sound reasonable to everybody?

Back: Small writing, centered.

Front: Medium-sized, centered.

I think it is repetitive to have "TheRangerStation" on the Front AND the back.


The OTHER option is to have the TRS logo on the back (small) and "TheRangerStation" on the front (bottom, off-center).



Plain and simple. That's what I want, too. So I'll try my best, 4.0B2.
