It's in milwaukie. Ive got one person who wants to sign it tomorrow. Still tryin to see if anyone in eastern Oregon wants to sign it when I'm out there. If not I'll pass it on, if so I'll take it out there and send it down when I get back

That's debatable at best. It all depends on if she graduated from Oregon city high school or not. I graduated with honors and quite literally slept through half of my honors classes. From anywhere else, she can definitely read.
