Right on DG, this is a highlight of the journey to see you get your paws on the banner. It's much appreciated how much you've put into this from the start, coordinating the plan and lighting fires under people butts. Great job to everyone else too, talk about a huge team effort.

Yore fast AgPete........I just pulled into my driveway and npw I'm looking at us at the Sonic in Texas!!!!!

7 a.m. Saturday morning starting mileage............

It rained all last night, but it's looking better this morning as I get on the road west........

Crossing the Mississippi River at Baton rouge, La.................

About to cross the Louisiana swamp on elevated I-10.......as soon as that 18 wheeler picks a lane......

From I-10 south----swamps/crawfish/alligators/water moccasins/Cajuns(who eat anything that moves) all 100 miles to the Gulf of Mexico..........

The GPS was right! I found Texas............

I arrived at the SONIC drive-in 30 minutes ahead of schedule because of decent weather.......Corn dog time......

How about that hood profile/stream-lined.............the Ranger is taking a break (possibly a nap)....................

AgPete arrives and we roll out the Banner............

He's amazed at all the sigs from Alaska/Canada........

There it is!!!! It's officially AgPete's Banner now....Good job Ag !

Heading back home to Loo-z-anna (they spellled it wrong on the blue roadsign)...................

Ending mileage for me....... 965 miles total for Phase 1 & 2 ..........I think!

Maybe it won't come back thru La.....maybe Arkansas next.......who knows?
