trouble codes HELP!

im getting trouble codes P0172 and P0175. Haynes manuel is telling me that "system adaptive fuel too rich (bank1) and (Bank2). Any ideas on how to fix this issue. and i found a vacuum line that was disconnected so wondering O2 sensors maybe??? PLEASE HELP!!! I HATE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT!!!

EDIT: And its haveing slow throttle response. kinda chugs when getting on it. idle seems okay but revs high when start up. then seems fine after warms up.

After reconnecting the vacuum line, try disconnecting and reconnecting the battery (or use a reader to cancel the code) to clear the code and see if it comes back.

i did that came back on after 7 miles =(

Just rememberd i added an STP fuel addative about 50 miles before the check engine light came on. was rated for up to a 21 gallon tank. think this could be it? just seems really slugish at take off.
