hey what do people use when reinstalling their t-cases? Can not find the gasket that goes between the two. should I make my own gasket again:( or rtv it up?

just use some rtv, unless your picky, i think the dealer has then for around $10
 
I don't put anything between my trans (m5od) and t-case (bw1350). There's not fluid in there, so any sealing device would just be for keeping dust/debris out. I have my t-case off enough that I can inspect/clean as needed.

only reason i seal mine is in case the rear trans seal decides to leak and for some reason i dont notice and the trans runs dry
