i have the basic suspension idea that i am going to run. i am going to run a wishbone link with a track bar. gwaii is running it in the front with coils and it is such a great setup love it running it on the front of my ranger with rockwells, looking to run it on the rear also but instead of coils i want to run a transverse leaf spring. i have a couple of ideas for the leaf spring mount on the rear. dont want to use the eye holes just going to cut them off and mount a bracket to the axle to ride on, this way the only thing going to stop it from dropping out to far to bind the drive line is the limiting straps.

my idea for the mounts on the axle is either build the bracket and put a chunk of 2-3" dom tube for it to ride on or my other idea is to use a roller fairlead to bolt in place of the dom. my only thought is the fairlead with the plastic inserts might wear or crush or break and cause it to not roll and then i would be at the point of just having dom in place of it. i have access to a lathe so i could machine some bronze bushing or anything to insert in the dom. i was thinking of the fairlead rollers cause it will vertually remove all friction and will flex smoother and farther. and i think the fairlead roller will hold cause they are under alot of pressure when you winch sideways.

Gwaii is running it in the front and rear and is now using transverse leafs at both ends as well.

ok didnt know that was just going off the pics he has. do you know what his springs ride on
