1990-1997 M5OD-R1 manual transmission from a 4.0l 2WD Ranger(or Mazda B4000) these years have speedometer cable hook up, 1998 and up do not
M5OD-R1(M5R1) has integrated bellhousing so you can't use an M5R1 from a 3.0l or 4cyl Ranger even though its the same "model" transmission, 2WD and 4x4 are not interchangeable
You also need
Fly wheel
Clutch/brake pedal assembly
Manual shift floor plate and boot
Clutch and master set
Rear drive shaft, matching your vehicle, i.e. regular cab or extended cab
Optional
Steering column from manual trans Ranger to get rid of column shifter
1993/1994 4.0l Manual trans computer, when you remove the automatic the computer will no longer "see" its solenoids or be able to control them so computer will turn on the CEL(check engine light) and it will just stay on....forever, you can still drive it, you just won't know if another problem occurs because CEL is already on, so you would need to read codes if engine started running bad, which you would do anyway
In my opinion, finding a working A4LD would be the least expensive option, unless you just really want a manual trans Ranger
