I recently just finishing up the final touches on my 3.0 to explorer 5.0 swap and went to take it out for the first time.
But when I got out onto the street the transmission didn't want to shift out of first gear so I brought it back and pulled a p0707 "Transmission Range Sensor Circuit Low Input" code.
So, I cleaned the pins on the connector and the code went away but it still doesnt shift.
Another thing I noticed was when I shift from 2nd to Drive it shifts up for a second then shifts back down.
My guess would be I have a wireing issue.......any thoughts?
its an auto btw
UPDATE.....would not having a speed sensor cause this????
