transmission troubles

I have a 5R44E/5R55E trans and every now and then my OD light flashes saying OD off. so I checked my trans fluid and the level seems to be ok but i noticed that my fluid seems to be leaking out out the dipstick tube and covering the trans. Anyone have any ideas on whats going on:icon_confused:
 
still at a loss on this one? not sure what direction to e
head either
