Transmission swap

Hi, i have a 85 ranger ling bed with a 302, c-4, advanced adapters to stock 1350 adapter, 3in body lift, and 31's. My c-4 decided to puke all its trans fluid out in a walmart parking lot. lol The truck was originally a 5speed. And im tired of it being an automatic,
My question is: What 5speed would be the best option and transfer case so i don't have to get new drive shafts? or am i out of luck if i move to a full size case? I dont have the cash to buy the new adapter from AA or else i would just go that route.

Trans and x-fer case out of a F-150? Probably cheaper to rebuild the C-4 if you don't need/want the OD.

What 5 speed ? M5ODR2 in the 4wd version.
