transmission swap help!!!;

Hi well here is my situation ...i came across a good deal on a 93 mustang 2.3 motor with a auto transmission and I was wondering will the auto transmission fit in my 91 ranger shell that used to be setup for a manual trans as well? If so, what are all the parts I'm going to need and what mods will I have to do to my ranger to make it fit .....
