Transmission Problemz

I have been working on the transmission for a 99 ranger, 3.0, 2wd and have not had any luck. The problem is that i only have reverse (absolutely no forward gears). I have replaced seals and gaskets, the torque converter, clutches and steels, the valve body, wiring harness, speed sensor, and solenoids, and still no luck. After reinstalling the 4r44e i still had ni forward gears, and after tearing doiwn the teanny again, the forward drum is burnt

i have no idea but if i tore one down and replaced all that stuff, and it was still doing the same thing, i would get a different transmission from the junkyard

I went through the same thing on a 96 4x4 finally got a junk yard transmission and put in it. now the speedometer won't work has a new speed sensor in it but still no speedometer need to figure out that problem now.
