Welcome to TRS
You have an M5OD-R1 manual transmission
Yes there is a Drain bolt and a Fill bolt on drivers side of transmission
Seen here, the large brass color bolts:

You remove the fill bolt and if trans fluid is seeping out then it is full, similar to checking differential fluid levels.
And just as a heads up the M5OD-R1 uses ATF, yes automatic transmission fluid, not gear oil
No external adjustment, or internal for that matter, Ranger clutches have internal slaves so they use a self adjusting Pressure Plate, which does work quite well to get the most miles from a clutch disc.
If you are having a problem getting trans into 1st when stopped then you have air in the system, common issue.
Rangers are hard to bleed and the Master sits almost straight up and down so can get air trapped at the top if you ever let the reservoir run dry.
If clutch is slipping with foot off the pedal then time for a new clutch, self adjusting pressure plate can't be reused unless reset with hydraulic press, while not required a new slave should be considered since it is hard to replace after the fact.
