Has anybody been able to source transmission cooler lines for a 93, 3.0l, automatic, 4x2, XLT Ranger? After changing the radiator, I realized the one going into the top fitting has its own fitting seized up, and the line is kinked. I've looked all over, but nobody seems to have this part!

Just replace all the end fittings with barbed fittings and run rubber lines. Use good clamps, not cheesey off the shelf crap from the parts store, route the lines well and secure, and use a loom or sheath to protect them at any chafe points.

You should try 'Gates' hose clamps, they are well made and durable.

Try to source a piece copper/nickel line in the correct size and the fitting for your radiator. Easy to work with. Cut the line in a place where you have room to work. Use it as a pattern for bending the line and then put a compression union fitting to connect the new and old line. Rubber hose will work also just make sure it’s rated for transmission fluid.
