Transer Case Bush 3L5Z-7335-AA or 7G035

I tabled it because I still had one spare from before they were discontinued, but we do need to come up with a new source for these.

I don't really see "double-flanged bushings" listed for sale in different sizes, but while NVhunter made his out of plastic, Ford parts are some kind of rubber.

The pin on the tcase shifter arm is just under 3/8" dia. Not crawling under the truck right this second to measure the shifter assy, but maybe one of these?

This is an easily 3-d printable part.

Ford did not make these out of Rubber. They are a hard plastic. I made mine out of Nylon. Rubber would not slide on the Shift Fork.

AFAIK they can be both. I'm not a materials scientist, but on the last iteration of the part before they were discontinued (part number in this thread), the flanges are literally floppy.
I also thought it was weird when I installed them, but I've had zero problems in however many years.
