i have a mitzu 5 speed manual 4wd now,

i am wondering if i could take a 2wd a4ld, take off the tailhousing and if it would bolt up to the t case?

i am converting to an automatic but im having a real hard time finding a parts 4wd automatic ranger

You don't want an a4ld in your truck. Run as far away as you can from them, if anything get a m50d and swap that in.
