Trans problems, I think?

So a little back story, ever sense I've had my truck it's had a little shake on take off from a dead stop, and a really bad shake in reverse, problem wasn't that bad when I had the stock TB, but now with the 66MM TB it has gotten worse, almost feels like axle wrap, so I thought it was "normal" and went on, few months ago I got some helper springs cause I had a haul a yard of dirt and didn't want the ass dragging, so I put the springs on and it helped the "axle wrap" a lot, but it was still there, and it didn't really help the shake in reverse, so I left the springs on, little stiffer ride, but makes the truck feel more grounded.

So anyways now that the back story is over, earlier this week I had to drive through some flooded roads to get to work, truck did fine, but now it has picked up some extra noise and shakes, truck is now shaking really bad in reverse, and also squealing when I hit the gas, same goes for forward, but only when I'm leaving from a dead stop.

At first I thought it was a bad u-joint, but I get no "clunk" just a shake and squeal?


Cliffs- drove through some water, truck now shakes and squeals on take offs in forward and reverse.


Also I did search, but couldn't find anything matching my problems....

Just checked the trans fluid, it's over the hash marks by about an inch or so, and the fluid is brown-is red, no doubt it needs changed.

Also I started the truck again to check for sound, the squeal has gotten worse, now if I hold the brakes and put it into reverse it will do a constant squeal, same goes for forward gears.....

Do you guys think this all could be caused by dirty fluid, or somehow water got into the transmission?
